Family-owned since 1993, with two offices in Manassas and Dumfries and three doctors who care for Northern Virginia families — kids to grandparents — like their own.
It started with five dollars and a single chair. Dr. Naseer Naeem immigrated from Pakistan, worked his way through the Medical College of Virginia, and in 1993 opened his first practice in Dumfries.
Over three decades, that one office grew into a family name across Dumfries, Woodbridge, and Manassas — and a second office on Hoadly Parkway. Today the practice is carried day to day by Dr. Diana Saffarini, with Dr. Naseer still practicing clinical dentistry, three doctors strong, and the same family-centered values it was built on: honest care, explained in plain language, for every member of your household.

Orthodontic care at our offices is provided on site by Dr. Owais Naeem — Dr. Naseer's son, who grew up in Manassas and completed his orthodontic specialty training at Virginia Commonwealth University.
